Refund & Return Policy

We will issue a refund of your purchase for items returned to us within 14 days.

• Items returned must be in their original packaging, unopened, not damaged in any way.
• Items must be returned with the original packing slip.
• Items are to be returned to the address they were shipped from (if there is any question of this, please contact us for the return address for your shipment).
• Should you wish to cancel your subscription please be sure to indicate this via enclosing a document stating this with the returned product.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Doctor's Natural - Delivery Methods & Timing

All of our products are packaged and prepared in the EU by the highest standards and are shipped through UPS http://www.ups.com We endeavor to ship our products to you the same day or next day that your order is placed. This means that your products should be with you within 3 business days from placing your original order. Each month, depending on the renewal date that you specify when placing your order, the products will be shipped on that day, and again incur an estimated delivery time of 3 days.

In the event that another delivery method will be used, or there is any unforeseen delay on shipment, you will be informed immediately.

At present, orders are not available to be placed from outside the EU.
