Grape seeds have one of the highest content of antioxidant compounds called oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs). Perhaps the best known OPC is resveratrol - the reason researchers believe red wine has so many health benefits. In Doctor's Natural Grapavin, 100 mg of grape seed extract is equivalent to approximately 4000 grape seeds and in one capsule there is at least twice the amount of resveratrol than in one whole bottle of red wine.
