Did you know that one sneeze infects 150 people?
Added 17.12.2008
Are you one of the millions of people who take flu shots and still get the flu? That's because flu shots don't really protect you against the flu; and germs aren't really to blame either. What is?
We make ourselves sick
A recent study in trains and metros by Dr. Roger Henderson reveals that
just one sneeze is enough to infect 150 people in only five minutes. It is easy to point our finger at germs but in reality germs don't make us sick.
We make ourselves sick. How? Well, it's really quite simple: we get colds and flu, as well as many other illnesses, because our immune system isn't working at full capacity. There are many reasons for this including an unhealthy lifestyle and diet, pharmaceutical drugs and a lack of essential nutrients.
Are flu shots effective?
The flu shot you took is probably
ineffective because the flu virus is always mutating and it is difficult to predict which viruses will be in circulation in a given flu season. So not only is your flu shot of no use, it is also contributing to weakening your immune system!
Is there anything you can do to strengthen your immune system?
If you catch colds and / or flu regularly, you have probably forced yourself into thinking that's just the way it goes and there's nothing you can really do about it. You're just one of those who are susceptible to catching colds, right? Wrong. There is a lot you can do about it and it's quite simple. The right natural nutritional supplements have been scientifically proven to strengthen the immune system and prevent not only colds and flu, but a host of other illnesses as well.
